- Initial Discussion (10–15 mins): We begin by reviewing your form and clarifying your goals.
- Relaxation Hypnosis (30–40 mins): I will guide you into a peaceful, deeply relaxed state where we may explore subconscious patterns, beliefs, or emotional blocks.
- Insightful Dialogue (Optional): If suitable, I may ask gentle questions while you’re in this relaxed state — allowing your subconscious mind to offer clarity and direction.
- Post-Hypnosis Reflection (5–10 mins): We discuss your experience and agree on possible next steps.
You’ll leave the session with greater self-awareness, clarity, and a sense of calm alignment.
3. Personalised Summary & Strategy (Optional)
After the session, I may offer — only with your consent — a brief written summary or voice note outlining:
- Key insights from the session
- My observations as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist
- Mindset strategies or reframing suggestions
- Simple action steps you can begin implementing right away
This post-session support is ideal for those working on personal development, business mindset, or longer-term transformation goals.
